Boot Camp: These workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training. We will expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, group challenges, kickboxing, plyometrics, box drills, obstacle course drills, grass drills (weather permitting), plus many other fun and challenging exercises! Get fast results!
Kickboxing: Our Kickboxing Bag classes provide maximum resistance and a solid response to your kicks and punches for your fitness development. You will focus on proper technique and performance using dynamic kick-punch combinations developed by dynamic instructors. You will develop core stabilization, muscle recruitment, functional strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning. All fitness levels welcome.
Pilates: Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness. It is an engaging exercise program that many people enjoy. Pilates promotes a feeling of physical and mental well-being and develops inner physical awareness. This method strengthens and lengthens the muscles without creating bulk. Pilates is also helpful in preventing and rehabilitating from injuries, improving posture, and increasing flexibility, circulation, and balance. Pregnant women who do these exercises can develop body alignment, improve concentration, and develop body shape and tone after pregnancy. According to Joseph Pilates, "You will feel better in 10 sessions, look better in 20 sessions and have a completely new body in 30 sessions."
Yoga: When we practice yoga we discover the amazing ability of the body to move, balance, lift, and support; we increase the ability of the mind to focus and release preconceived notions; we transcend the body and the mind to the place of being. These classes are perfect for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and those recovering from injury.
Zumba: Is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness class with easy to follow moves.
Sculpting: Use balls, bands, weights, tubing and killer moves to sculpt that body into perfection
