MaryLou - ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer

CPR certified through the American Red Cross.

As a youth I had a desire to” fit in", this led to unhealthy eating habits and unhealthy weight loss. Like so many I was misinformed about what "healthy" was and was more concerned with how I looked in a bathing suit. Although I was thin I was not happy. Time passed and I became sick of being tired all the time I decided it was time for a lifestyle overhaul, I started by gaining a knowledge about fitness and healthy living, this led to empowerment and a change of attitude. I no longer strive to be a stick figure or a size double zero. It was not easy and honestly it took me a long time to accept myself as a person and not a jean size My confidence now comes from knowing that I'm treating my body with respect, by being active and living well. Now I share my knowledge with others by teaching them how to make the lifestyle change they need to become a healthy happier human being. Fitness and health is more than just looking good, it's about feeling good. Become empowered today, I can help you make the change!

Jill Schow

I have had a passion for Aerobics since I was in middle School. I started going to a step class in eighth grade and have loved it ever since. I have been certified and teaching for four years. Teaching step is my favorite, but I also teach cycle, tone, kickbox and pilates. I enjoy helping people get in shape and have fun at the same time! I live in Farmington, have been married to my wonderful husband for 7 years, and have three great kids.

Andrea Paul

I have been a fitness instructor for 16 years and I love it. I am very excited to be part of the team at Body-by-Me.

Being in the fitness industry is extremely rewarding as I have watched numerous people set goals and work hard and ultimately succeed! I am anxious to work with the members at this great gym to see them achieve the fitness level they are striving for. I have my certificattion through ACE (American Council on Exercise). I also studied Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Utah. I have other certifications for Cycle and Kickbox as well. I love fitness and I am always trying to learn new ways to strengthen and perform better.

I have a wonderful husband and 3 very busy kids. We have a summer home in Montana that we try to spend as much time as possible. We are on a lake so our hobbies include boating, skiing, wake boarding, surfing and fishing. I also enjoy scrapbooking and reading. (my kids think I'm lame cuz I love a good book over playing). I am fortunate to be at home with my kids when I am not at the gym so I love to take care of my family and my home.

The gym members are my second family so I am looking forward to meeting all new members and becoming great friends.

Debbie Mohlman

Debbie fell in love with yoga 12 years ago when she was searching for answers to her health problems. Yoga has proved to be a valuable tool to keep her " well and sane". After experiencing the powerful benefits of yoga over time, Debbie decided to go through some Yogafit teacher training, so she could share it with others. She believes everyone can do yoga and wants to help each person learn how to listen to and honor their own body and learn the modifications they need at their own level. Because of her interest in all aspects of healing, she brings a unique perspective to her classes which often include guided imagery, visualization, meditation and positive affirmations, as well as some other simple self-help techniques.
